My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, but there were issues with humidity and shower pressure. The location was decent, with eateries nearby but needing updates. The service was pleasant and accommodating, particularly thanks to the English-speaking Aracely at reception and Diego at the concierge desk.
